Neill Duffy
Neill’s relentless commitment to leveraging purpose as a central organizing principle, over the last several decades, has enabled global brands, international sports properties and high-performing nonprofits to do good while doing well through sport.

His work has repeatedly achieved a number of world firsts including the delivery of Super Bowl 50 as the “most shared, participatory, giving and sustainable Super Bowl in history” and the 34th America’s Cup as the first major international sports event to go zero waste and carbon neutral.
​
Neill has worked across three continents where he has held numerous leadership positions including President Octagon EMEA, CEO of Octagon South Africa, Chair of the Sustainability Committee for Super Bowl 50, Chief Marketing & Sustainability Officer for 34th America’s Cup, and Co-Founder and CEO of 17 Sport.

Neill was a B The Change Best For The World Honoree in 2016, is a published author and sought after speaker.
Fabien Paget
Fabien, a former semi-professional tennis player, has more than 15 years experience in the sports industry with previous tenures at Nike and the acclaimed Mouratoglou Tennis Academy.
​
In 2012, Fabien created O2 Management, a boutique sport management agency where he represented several world-class athletes across a variety of sports - tennis, soccer, sailing, surf, swimming and more.​ In 2014, Fabien joined Serena Williams’ team with the goal of securing mission-aligned partnerships and, as such, he initiated the 2019 global campaign between Serena Williams and AXA insurance group around Women's Empowerment.

Driven by a desire to use sport as a platform to drive social change, Fabien co-founded 17 Sport and now, as the CEO, he empowers athletes to define their mission and make a positive difference in the world while being successful on/off the court.
Fabien is also involved in Sport dans la Ville - France's leading non-profit organization, helping the organization to serve youth and disadvantaged kids through sports. He is an instructor at HEC Business School sharing his experience as an entrepreneur and sport business expert. Fabien was recently named #37 among the Top #100 Sport business leaders Under 40.
Jo Ramsay
Jo, has been involved in the sports industry for over 20 years working at leading agencies, including Octagon South Africa, as the head of strategy and sponsorship measurement. She has developed industry leading tools to manage and measure sponsorship investments and has worked on sponsorship campaigns for big brands across a number of categories.

Working out of South Africa, where purpose is often an integral element of a sponsorship investment, Jo has designed purposeful programmes and witnessed firsthand the transformative power of sport, both on a large scale, like the Springbok wins at the Rugby World Cup, and on a smaller scale through sponsorship activation campaigns that drive a particular social message. As Strategy Director for 17 Sport, Jo is a firm believer that sport needs to fully embrace purpose if it is to thrive in the years to come.
